Our function also goes beyond physical construction of buildings. We also give advice to government on housing matters.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
AK-INTERCON NIGERIA LTD provides excellent services in performing the project, baseline, plans and procedures with the resource interface and change management of environment, contract requirement and buildings.

This department deals with drilling of environmental monitoring boreholes, geothermal installation boreholes and water supply boreholes

This is a unique role involved in the process of purchasing or selling properties. We are consultant to all customers on building investment activities in the market.
REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT:
This is the overseeing of residential, commercial and/or industrial real estate, including apartments, detached houses, condominium units and shopping centers.
It typically involves the managing of property that is owned by another party or entity.
